1. Uniclean PLE Endoscope Reprocessing Washer Disinfector – The Uniclean® PLE 3 washer-disinfector is designed for the automated cleaning and disinfection of reusable, flexible, thermolabile endoscopes.
2. Modular Reprocessing Units for Medical Devices (RUMED): MMM Group unveiled a new modular facility at Stoke Mandeville, This facility serves as a centralised sterile services department (CSSD). Modular design allows for rapid production and installation, providing a flexible and sustainable solution for healthcare facilities.
3. UPL C-Shuttle Automation System: MMM Group has developed the UPL C-Shuttle, a fully automatic loading and unloading system designed for the Concept 15.30 washer-disinfectors. This innovation enhances efficiency and safety in the sterilization process by automating the handling of medical instruments, reducing manual intervention, and minimizing the risk of contamination.

A key area of focus for MMM Group is sustainability. Since 2024, MMM GmbH has achieved CO₂-neutrality, fulfilling its commitment to the Paris Agreement. The company has systematically calculated its carbon footprint using the GHG Protocol Standard and continues to implement reduction measures, aiming for carbon neutrality in specific areas by 2030. Unavoidable emissions are offset through investments in climate projects with Gold Standard-certified partners.
In terms of product innovation, MMM Group has introduced the UPL C-Shuttle automation system, designed for the automatic loading and unloading of the Uniclean PL II 15 and 30 washer-disinfectors. This system optimises ergonomics and workflow, accommodating up to eight washer-disinfectors and supporting 18 to 36 trays, thereby enhancing efficiency in sterile goods reprocessing.
Looking ahead, MMM Group is set to participate in Arab Health 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of this significant event.
